25th Anniversary Celebration on June 13, 2004

Many thanks to all who joined with us in celebrating 25 years of the Newark United Church of Christ. Thanks to so many for all your efforts to be with us & share in our celebration. We had a wonderful day. Here are some photo memories, most taken by Jane Schaefer, with a few by Chris Seguin.

New Ark UCC 25th Anniversary: Don Hammond, present interim pastor, Bud Hartley,1st interim pastor from Lancaster Seminary, Ron Buford from UCC in Cleveland, John Deckenbach, Central Atlantic Conf., Joe LaDu, first called pastor, and Jim Bell, Chesapeake Assn. We missed Peter Wells who was unable to be with us but at his father's funeral. Thanks to all for your leadership and supporting our congregation thru the years!

Wonderful to have special folks from long distances to join us like Barb & Buz Sawyer, too. Lots of folks joined us including Jeff Wildonger, who was Bud Hartley's first baptism at the New Ark UCC!
