	Committee Structure/Task Forces
	Committees Below is a list of all the church committees in existance. The committees fall in one of 3 categories. Those that involve some sort of ministry or outreach of our church; those that involve caring for our own internal church community; and those committees that are administrative in nature without which the other committees and indeed the church community could not function. Coordinating Committee Christian Education - see our "Adult Education" and "Youth Education" pages Building Use - see our "Facility Sharing" page Worship - see our "Sample Worship Service" page Community Life Pastor-Congregation Relations Finance New Ark United Housing Ministries Care Committee Membership Growth Social Concerns Facilities Volunteer Enlistment Kitchen Committee Task Forces Our congregation creates task forces as new projects or issues arise, and those groups are dissolved when no longer needed or renamed when the project reaches a new level. Currently, there is only one "task force" in existance and that is the Family Mission Center Task Force. An example of a past task force is the task force to find a building for our church in 1996-1997 which led to the establishment of our current facility. Another example is the former New Ark United Housing Ministries Task Force, which has evolved into New Ark United Housing Ministries, Inc., a non-profit organization that is an outreach of our housing ministry. There have been many others.
